About Phoenix Radon Mitigation
Phoenix Radon Mitigation is a locally owned and operated radon testing and mitigation company serving Phoenix and the surrounding Valley since 2015. Radon and soil gas is all we do, no duct cleaning add-ons, no pest control cross-sells, and our lead installer spent six years on environmental remediation crews, including vapor intrusion work around central Phoenix plume sites, before moving to residential radon full time. Several hundred Valley systems later, that background still shapes how we work: measure first, design to the measurement, verify after.
You'll mostly deal with three people: Curt on the phone and on quotes, Manny and T.J. in the field. Small on purpose. The white Transit with the orange pipe racks is usually the van that shows up.
Everything We Do
Professional 48-hour radon testing, radon mitigation system design and installation, vapor intrusion and TCE mitigation, radon fan replacement and repair on any installer's system, real estate transaction testing with fixed bids, radon-resistant new construction rough-ins, commercial and multifamily systems, crawl space sub-membrane systems, radon-in-water testing for well properties, sump and slab crack sealing, and post-mitigation verification testing. If it involves gas coming out of the ground and into a building, it's our lane.
Straight Talk About the Competition
You have options in this market, from national outfits like National Radon Defense and Protect Environmental to a handful of local companies, and honestly, several of them do fine work. Get two bids; we're comfortable being compared. What we'd tell you to compare on: does the quote mention post-tension cable scanning, is the post-mitigation test included, is the price fixed before drilling starts, and does the warranty cover the system or just the fan. Those four questions sort the market fast.

Spent six years crawling around remediation sites, a lot of it under buildings in central Phoenix you've driven past a hundred times, and kept noticing that homeowners a mile from a monitored plume had no idea the same physics applied to the granite under their own slab. Started this company in 2015 out of a garage in Moon Valley with one used monitor and a pipe threader, and my wife still hasn't fully forgiven what the first winter of testing season did to our dining room table. What sold me on this trade for good: it's one of the few home services where the problem actually stays fixed. You test, you install, you retest, and the number just... stays down.
