Anthem is young by Valley standards, most of it built since the late 90s along the I-17 under Daisy Mountain, and that changes the radon conversation in two specific ways. First, essentially every slab here is post-tension. Any company quoting you a mitigation install in Anthem, Anthem Country Club included, should mention cable scanning before core drilling in the first conversation; it's the tell that separates installers who work up here from ones who guess. Second, the terrain: Anthem, New River and Desert Hills sit where the Valley floor starts climbing into granite country, and results scatter accordingly. We've tested Parkside homes at a placid 1.5 and custom lots in Desert Hills at four times that, sometimes in the same week. Neighbor readings mean very little here, a point we repeat on every test report because the HOA forums keep suggesting otherwise.
One practical Anthem note from years of working the neighborhood: attic fan installs get scheduled early. Summer attic temperatures up here are the same brutal 140-plus as the rest of the metro, so hot-season jobs start at 5am and the crew is out of the attic by mid-morning. You get the same quality install in July as in January; you just see us at sunrise. Commuters like the early slot anyway, we're gone before your first meeting.
