If we could only serve one city, it would be this one. North Scottsdale is the closest thing Arizona has to a radon belt: the granite that makes Pinnacle Peak and the Troon boulders scenic is the same uranium-bearing rock that pushes indoor readings up. From roughly the Loop 101 north through DC Ranch, Troon, Estancia and out toward Desert Mountain, we test more homes over 4.0 pCi/L than everywhere else on our route list combined. South Scottsdale, down in the flats, trends much lower; the dividing line is geology, not city limits.
Scottsdale installs come with a second consideration: appearance. Between HOA architectural committees and owners who didn't buy a Troon view to look at white PVC, nearly everything we do here routes through the attic with a discharge above the roofline, invisible from the street.
